On Sunday night / early-Monday morning, we sent out a mass e-mail to our newsletter subscriber base letting them know about the newest items we have in both our Stargate and Iron Man storefronts. We do this every Sunday night, letting everyone know directly that we have new items up for sale, as well as announcing the current week’s newest auctions.
We’ve decided to give you a sneak peek at what our subscribers get, so you can decide whether or not to subscribe to our newsletter. (To do that, simply put your e-mail address in the newsletter signup box to the right side of any of our websites and click “Go.”) We have a general list, then we have specific lists. So, if you only want updates on Stargate stuff, then you can subscribe to that list. Same goes with any of the other productions and franchises we have auctions for.
- Iron Man Mark III Left Hand
Production-made, wearable stunt left hand glove with foam armor plate Tony Stark designed and wore with the Mark III Iron Man suit. Production noted this left hand was worn by a stunt actor but did not note in which scene it was used. Item has been form fitted to the actors’ hand using fabric and foam. Item measures approximately 8″ x 9″.
- Iron Man Stark Industries Landmine – SOLD
Military style landmine manufactured by Stark Industries and acquired by the Ten Rings insurgents. Used as a background set piece in the Ten Rings encampment in Afghanistan. Weathered by production with small amounts of chipped paint in areas from use. Measures 3.5″ x 1.5″. Obviously, do note that this is a prop and NOT a REAL bomb.
- Iron Man Schematic Drawings of the Mark I
Set of schematic drawings of the crude Mark I power suit and missile Tony shows Yinsen by overlaying several drawings over a light box to form one image of the suit. Using spare parts from the cave, Tony fashions a light box to use as a light table.
Two pencil drawings on hand torn vellum paper. Each page is slightly crinkled and features a different section of the Mark I suit and alignment dots. The third pencil drawing is on hand torn vellum paper and features a cross section of the Jericho missile, the page is slightly crinkled by production. Drawings measure approximately 17″ x 11.5″.
